DWG files into Microstation-readable-files?

Is there anybody out there who knows of a program that can convert DWG files into Microstation-readable-files?<br><br>-Mark

Convert by saving Autocad as R12 and load into Microstation.

I have converted to R12 and imported to word. But, my background is black with white lines that makes printing unacceptable. How does one produce black lines with white background?

microstation can convert Autocad files for itself. Under the &quot;file&quot; pull down select &quot;import&quot; then &quot;dwg...dxf&quot; it will open for itself.
