Does anyone know how to configure WSS to use the above AutoCAD drawings.

We would like to have the correct icon appear against the file when listed in the library and be able to edit the drawings from within AutoCAD by selecting edit in the drop down??

Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Don't know if you have solved this yet, but just thought I'd mention things I've found in the et.

Take a look at this page, it explains a how you can change the WSS Context menu (the drop down list).

It is not something that is done out-of-the-box, you'll need to do some work to get it to run.

Adding icons for filetypes should be easier. You will have to have the correct icon image file and then you will have to edit the Docicon.xml file to include your DWF/DWG files.
(I have only done that with pdf files, so I do not know if it will work with any file type).

Cheers,
Thomas
