DWC key not flashing

I have two extensions that have DWC keys that stopped flashing and there are calls in queue? I reset the phone, any suggestions?

i've had some trouble with older rls of phones dong that, if that is not the case, out the set and put it back in

That's what I wound up doing last night and it worked, thanks. One of the three that weren't working though started working again on it's own? Anyway all is well, thanks again.

Hmm, I guess I better keep a supply of get well cards in my tool bag and hope the next day it worked.
