The problem is very simular to JMC1029's. I have tried to set-up an FTp server on my computer using the DW6000 and it works succesfully on my computer but when an outsider (permited) tries to log into it its like the Ip address registers wrong and they cant connect. Furthermore, The ip address that registers on my computer as my personal ip is different then the ip that all the users come up with and/or one of those "Find My IP Adress" websites. I called Direcway and they ssaid i had to uprade my service to there buisness type account in order for it to work (Thats abviously a sales tactic). They said i had to have a static Ip in order for it to work. Well, a dial-up account has a dynamic too and i had no problems withit then. Please help i really need this FTP server up and running. I dont know much about this so go easy, small words, lol.
