DW4 layers annomally with Java Script

I have created a website in DW4 I have three layers.
1/. This Layer contains a Java Menu created in Xara menu maker
2/. Thus layer contains general text
3/. This layer contains an RSS news feed converted to Javscript

Now When I preview the site in IE7 the RSS Feed isnt being displayed but the menu and text layers are!

Now when If I go back into DW$ and amend the Java script from client side to server side the RSS feed works but the other two layers disappear!
Any ideas what I am doing wrong! Really Annoying!
