DW, frames: multiple page openings on single click?

Hey,

I'm pretty new to Dreamweaver and I'm trying to build a site using frames. I had all of these great (oh sure) ideas but realized that I don't know if there is a way to change the content of two individual frames with a single click of a button in my nav bar. Help!
