I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A DVX INFINITE MACH 1.
THE PROBLEM IS ON IN-BOUND CALLS DURING THE DAY CALLS WILL ON OCCASION GO TO THE NIGHT GREETING.
I TESTED ALL LINES & IT IS NOT ANY SPECIFIC LINE.
ANY IDEAS WHAT MIGHT CAUSE THIS?
