DVD rom "OK" but CDs NO OK!!

hi, please someone help-me, i have a drive SAMSUNG COMBO SM-308b (CDRW/DVD rom) and the is:

the drive ready DVDs discs normally. but even amount another CDS even blanks CDS for burne, what hell happen???? please if someone give me a solution i very appreciate for that, seeya..
