DVD problems

Sounds like when it is attempting to layer change it's not working. See if you can download a software patch for your DVD MPACT/drive or software. Is it a version III DVD? Some manufacturer sites even go so far as to list resolutions for specific DVD titles. If this is a generic DVD or not a movie try the different resolutions they have listed in hopes that one will solve your problem.
