We are running contact store (Witness) for the Avaya ipoffice and our DVD-rw keeps going off line ruining the disc as it cannot write to it with out erasing the DVDRW.
Also the calls obviously are marked as archived so are lost. Whats happening and how can I stop the drive stopping.
