DVD/CD-Rom wont work with SFC/

Hello everyone
I have a CD-Rom and a DVD/CD-Rom, if I use my CD/Rom I can use my Win 2003 Server CD to run SFC/ without any problems if I use the DVD/CD-Rom I get this error
"Windows File Protection
Files that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the DLL cache.
Insert your Windows 2003 Server CD-ROM now."
The DVD works fine I am able to read the contents of the CD.
Is there a way to correct that so I can use the DVD/CD-Rom also?
