DVD/CD-R Drive not working (MATSHITA UJDA710)

Hi Everyone,

I am using MATSHITA UJDA710 (CD/CR-R/DVD) drive. Recently I have unistalled my drive when it was not working properly.

Now I cannot install the drive as my CD Drive is undetected in the Windows Explorer. When I look into Device Manager I am able to see my Driver and when I tried to look for the properties it is giving me the message [This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)].

Can anyone help me in this problem.

Try running the Add New Hardware wizard in the control panel and seeing if it picks it up. Otherwise turn your PC off, disconnect the drive and reboot. Shutdown the PC again, hook your drive back up the windows should pick it up again.
