DuVoice port expansion

I have a customer with a Legend 7.0 with Duvoice PAL voice mail, currently 4 port. I have an expansion card with 4 more ports to install, but cannot get the duvoice to recognize the additional ports. Please help?

1) Check to see if there is a license issue
2) Verify any jumper settings on the card(s) TipHelp@charter.net

The documentation with the expansion card shows me how to set the jumpers, but not how to determine the base I/O address. Computers are not my strength. Is there a relatively ease way to determine the address?
