DuVoice Auto-Attendant Ringing.....

The customer recently had a power outage and after everything came back up the auto attendant ringing went from 4 rings to 1 ring with all the incoming lines LEDs light up. Want to set it from 1 ring to 4 rings. They also lost all their mailboxes.
