During my conversation if another call come I can see CLIP and DDI

I had the same problem but recently I found how to solve it. I found CTI application for PBX KX-TD/KX-TDA, which can display several calls that come simultaneously on one EXT line. Each time this program opens new window. The maximum amount of these windows depends only on your PBX and Blitz CallerID Display can display it without restrictions.
