Can anyone guide me in accessing the duration variance value from the tables. I need to know the calculation and the table fields accessed.

Duration Variance is a derived field and is, obviously, BaselineDuration - Duration.

BaselineDuration and Duration are also derived fields. It is left as an exercise for the student to determine how to derive them.
