Duration Time of Dial Tone when DISA or DID call

Hi,
For MD110 vers.BC9,Maximum duration time of dial tone when reaching the exchange using DISA or DID from external PSTN is 3 sec. Is this time changeable or fixed.
if anybody knows answer, pls let me know.

Hi!

I believe this value is fixed, but could be possible to change with a SACOS ... I'm trying to find out exactly how ... What CNI do You have? As far as I know, there has been some corrections to DISA.
