Duration field to reflect as HH:MM:SS

Please assist.

I'm using crystal reports 2008 and connecting to an oracle database. I'm trying to calculate a duration between 2 dates (date on which call was logged and date on which call was resolved). I need the duration to exclude non- working (04:01 PM - 06:59 AM) hours and public holidays. I would like the result of the formula to be displayed in HH:MM:SS format.
