1603 would be a choice but it is only a few bucks cheaper than a 1608 and needs a special power supply (what an engineering fauxpas) that puts it exactly into the same price range so 1608 is the better option because you can actually program some buttons on it that will help the users not getting frustrated and abuse it as much

Well if you wanted a super explosion and water proof durable phone I'd suggest a QSU Northern Telecom SL1 wedge phone, that's a tank, but won't work on the IP Office darn, lol.
