I'm using CR8.5
I have the following fields:
SurgeryDate = June 1, 2004
PatientName = John Doe
Procedure = Hip Replacement
NurseName = Frank Robinson
NurseName = Casey Stengel
When there is more than one nurse name documented for a the case (the nurses sometimes "relieve" one aonther), I am getting duplicative (or triplicative, etc,) records for such cases; depending upon the number of Nurses on the case. I would like to do away with those duplicative records.
The report is showing the Nurses Names under one another on the report, for each record (which is fine). But, the records duplicate (or triplicate, etc), it seems, due to the number of nurses that worked on the case.
Do I need to do some grouping formula to prevent this ?
A subreport ? Another way of linking things?
