Hi all,
Does anyone know of a way to duplicate the thresholds, alarms and expert options set up for one agent to another agent, without having to re-do all the config changes?
I'm aware of a way to duplicate the user setting across multiple agents, but not the configurable options.
The reason for asking is, I have to set up 20+ Distributed Sniffer units, each with 2 monitor ports, luckily I have only 1 console, but need to have the same threshold, alarms etc for each of the 10+ users for each agent (monitor card).
Is this possible and/or what's the easiest way, to save me 40+ seperate sets of config set-ups?
Many thanks, Alf alfsuthe@hotmail.com

Here's what I've been to gather to many independant sources.. As always I would suggest backing up the original before muddling with these files.

Hope this helps
