Does anyone know a quick way to provide the same button config on 6416 telephones. I know you can dup stations however that still does not change the buttons and the stations I am talking about already exist they are not new.

thanks for your help guys

Note the ports that the stations are at; then delete the stations. Duplicate the station from your template station, so you have the correct button setup. While in the duplication screen, put back in the port addresses and correct station names. When I did this, I exported my station information and saved it in an Excel spreadsheet. Then I just used copy/paste to put the port and name back in. Took me about 15 minutes for 75 stations.

Can you only use the dup station function for the 6416? I need to create a bunch, and usually use the import feature with the template to build large amounts for the 4620, but I'm not able to do this for the 6416's for some reason. Any suggestions?
