Duplicating record and change only one field in new record

Have a user that wants a form that they can enter in information about trainings then select multiple people for a list box and put them into another list box. Then have a button that would duplicate the training information in the training table and put the person's ID number into the table for every user that was selected.

Was able to get the list boxes built and working but am having trouble building the button, was able to duplicate the record but could not insert the person's ID. As ideas would be great.
