Duplicating phones and information 1

Anyone out there know if it's possible to duplicate stations (phones) and the programming of the stations (phones) like you can do in an avaya definity, prologix, etc?

Not very easily form manager but you may be able to achive somthing using the 2.0 offline config wizard

one for the future request list at avay I think

I think you can do this in manager 1.3-2.0.

Right click on the user you want to duplicate in this case we call it copy or new.

New copies the user and lets you decide the name number etc. copy copies funnily enough the whole user then you have to change the name and number.

Note: in both of these you have to add the source number for voice mail.

You are almost correct (i think)when you right click on a user with a 2.0 manager you now get the options to copy & paste.

I do not think these options were available in 1.4 (but as i missed them in 2.0 unill just now I could be wrong)
