duplicating a record

I would like to duplicate a record. When I have the form of the record I would tlike to duplicate this by clicking on a button. It is possible that not all the fields are used. There is also a fieldtype autonum, primary key. This field has to be blank in the new record.

Does this have anything to do with "Access Reports"? If not, you should try submitting the question to the appropriate forum. If it does pertain to reports, then you should provide more information.
