Duplicated TTY carriage return?

Good morning

I have an issue with a XSDI TTY.
whatever keyboard key I press, the TTY acts as if I was doing a carriage return. I can't go on pdt.

I did the old DIS / ENL in LD 37 but no changes.

It's a CS1000M 3521 V 7.65+

Do I need to reset the card or is there a way to fix it without physical handling?

Have you tried changing the com port settings to 7 data bits, 1 stop bit and space parity?.
