Duplicated items in Inventory Counts

Hello everybody!

I am not a technician (and don't count with Micros support), but in the restaurant I work I'm the one in charge of the POS system.
The problem i have is that when i'm going to enter the inventory count, a lot of items shows duplicated. I already checked in the inventory item, but there is only one item with that name.

Take a look at the pictures:

there you see for example "BEEF STEAK" is showing twice and several other item are doing the same.

But if you check the inventory items, there is only one item with that name:

The Micros res 3700 version we are runing is 5.5.

If you enter a value does it show it in both entries? I do know that quite a few of the micros applications, if you sort the items, you'll have duplicates (but its really just the same item showing up twice, and updates are mirrored as a result). A bug that has been around seemingly forever and Micros hasn't fixed.

No it does not show on both entries, but add(+) the 2 entries.

Is there a way i can fix this??
