Duplicated inbound SIP Call

Hi All,

I have a IPO500 on R11.0.0.3 with Gamma SIP Trunks and a Draytek router on a FTTC connection

We have had reports that no inbound calls work, so checking system status I can see for every inbound call the system reduplicates this and actually uses 4 trunks per call, resetting the system resolves this but with in a few days it happens again.

I was using the default IP route 0.0.0.0/0 ( as I have always done - our IPOs generally sit on their own network) but I have used specific IP's as required and deleted and rebuilt the SIP Trunks since then the system has been fine.

Is this a known issue ? have my changes actually resolved this or has it just not reappeared.

As yet I have not done any monitor traces as I just needed to get them back up and running, if it happens again what should I be looking for in Monitor.

Any input would be great.

Lee

Have you created the 5060 and RTP routes for gamma in the IPO?
We use gamma and various routers.
We always set the system with the specific sip routes to go via router.
Within the router set the same sip rules to route via wan port for the fttc.
Sip alg turned on?
What does system status show on traceall of the sip trunk?

Hi t3rmey,

Thanks for taking the time to respond to me.

Yes, all setting are enabled on both IPO and router with SIP ALG off - previously used default route on IPO but now using the specific as required.
When I was looking at SSA it was at the time showing multiple trunk usage for a single call but I did not look any further as A. I didn't know what to look for and B. Just needed to get them up again.
What would I be looking for in the Traceall ?

Thanks,

Lee
