Hi All,
I have a IPO500 on R11.0.0.3 with Gamma SIP Trunks and a Draytek router on a FTTC connection
We have had reports that no inbound calls work, so checking system status I can see for every inbound call the system reduplicates this and actually uses 4 trunks per call, resetting the system resolves this but with in a few days it happens again.
I was using the default IP route 0.0.0.0/0 ( as I have always done - our IPOs generally sit on their own network) but I have used specific IP's as required and deleted and rebuilt the SIP Trunks since then the system has been fine.
Is this a known issue ? have my changes actually resolved this or has it just not reappeared.
As yet I have not done any monitor traces as I just needed to get them back up and running, if it happens again what should I be looking for in Monitor.
Any input would be great.
Lee
