Duplicate Systems under Solutions

All of a sudden I have duplicate systems showing in Manager for multiple locations. The first instance is my Secondary server; one shows as the internal ip and the second as the public ip. The second instance is a remote location that shows up twice, but in both instances with an internal ip.

Originally the Secondary server was duplicated, and in the past day the remote server is showing as duplicated. Any ideas as to why this is occuring would be greatly appreciated.

I've only seen that a handful of times. Exiting Manager completely and opening it back up/logging back in cleared it up. I never figured out what caused it short of a Manager glitch.
