We are using Accpac Advantage Series. 5.2A Enterprise(Build 34)Service Pack 3. We are also using the Serialized Inventory module.
After installing the latest service packs, I am getting duplicated serial numbers in the comments field on my Invoice report.
Serial numbers show up in Order Entry comments (no duplicates)after order is posted. Order confirmation report prints without duplicates.
Serial numbers are visible in the Shipment Entry comment field (no duplicates).
Serial numbers are duplicated in the Invoice Entry comment field.
The table where these duplicate serial numbers reside is OECOINI. None of the other comment tables have these duplications. As the Invoice report uses a datapipe I am unable to modify this report unless I start from scratch.
I wonder why the OECOINS comments (that are duplicated) are not populated in the report, but that's not relevant.
The only change to this system that I am aware of is the installation of the latest SP. We have duplicate seial numbers since.
Is this a configuration issue? Or possibly a training issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
