Duplicate rows

I i recently created a form to print invoice and i also created the formula.
i used different data file, however the data returns duplicate items on the invoice, anyhow help??????

attached is the example how i linked the data anda table, the table (1) is made up of different data field. i tried everything.

anyhelp pelase.

You could try going to the Database menu and turning on "Select Distinct Records". This may or may not help. If it doesn't, add a group on the invoice item and move the data from the details section to the invoice item group header. Suppress the details and the invoice item group footer. (This assumes that you already have a group on invoice.)

Hi Hilfy,

I tried to "Select Distinct Records" however its grayed out and i cannot select it, i add the group in the details section and suppress the other group. now its printing only one item and not all the items, how can i let it show exactly whats on the invoice?????
 
Which group did you suppress? I assume you need a group on invoice and then another group inside it on invoice item.
