I am at a loss on this subject. I hope someone can give me an idea.
We are running Business Objects 6.5 on Windows, .net and IE. There is a Webi report that a user in the UK is running. It returns duplicate rows. The user accesses our system using our VPN.
When we run it here in the US on the network, the same Webi report does not return duplicate rows.
I have been unable to reproduce this error on site here in the USA. The webi report has lots of security and I simply pull no data.
I came up the Crystal Enterprise side and have little knowledge of this type of behavior. Thanks!
