Duplicate records not reporting

I have a report that reports on a persons name and a bunch of scores that they recieved on a specific call...if the person recieved the same exact score on a certain day for more than 1 call my "count" on the report shows that 2 monitorings were done but only lists 1 of them. All fields on the report are set to no for "Hide Duplicates", is there a setting that I am missing?

it sounds like you have a group property enabled i think.
