Duplicate "sent items" notices

Hey all,

My General Manager is having an annoyance with his Blackberry. When he sends someone an email he gets a couple of notifications that he has sent an email. AND, if he does a "Reply To All" in an email he gets bombarded with sent item notifications. I'm running Exchange Server 2007 and he's using a Blackberry 8800. I've never used a Blackberry, and he set it up without any help from me so I'm not sure how it's configured. Any ideas???

If he sends an email with Outlook, does he get these same notifications? If so, then go into Outlook and turn off the notifications, or he can setup a filter on his BB to not receive them.
