duplicate query results

I am running a VERY simple query with 3 tables. The results of the query contain duplicates. Each item in the query report is listed 2 or 3 times. I know this is an easy / elementary problem.

The " easy / elementary" answer is that your JOINS are wrong. However, you haven't told us anything about your tables, fields, relationships, primary keys, foreign keys, data, SQL view, ... If you want some help, please us something to look at.
