Duplicate Published Application icons

Ever since one of the STA Servers was rebuilt * 3 days ago I have been having problems with Duplicate icon's when user connected through CSG.

I am using Presentation Server 3.0 and we currently have 2 STA Servers one on a 2000 Server and one on 2003 Server.

Has anyone else come across this?
