Duplicate PUBLIC name V_EMPTY in USE Module Document Conversions

Problem
A customer using either a Domino 5.x or 6.x Server and a Notes R5 or 6 Client receives the following error when attempting to open a mail file or create a new calendar entry:
"Duplicate Public Name V_empty in Use Module DocumentConversions"
Solution
To work around this issue, delete the DocumentConversions Script Library from the design of the database.
To accomplish this from a 5.x or 6.x Designer Client:
1. Open Designer.
2. Select the Resource folder (in 5.x Designer) or the Share Code folder (in 6.x Designer).
3. Select Script Libraries.
4. Select the document "DocumentConversions" and delete it.
5. Replace the mail file design with the correct mail template (File -> Database -> Replace Design: select the correct mail template).
