My users are complaining that when they release production orders to print they will print randomly to two different printers on the network with the print time one second apart. I have seen the printouts but have not been able to duplicate the problem (When I'm there it doesn't happen) Has anyone ever seen this problem or have any suggestions as to where I can start looking.

Thank you

Try clicking the Reset Defaults button.....you may also want to make sure you don't have 2 of the same named printers on the network...even if they have different IP's.....Ive seen stranger stuff happen with macola before. :)
