Has anyone seen this ping error this is a new on me. What is causing it ? And do I fix it???

64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.x: icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=0 ms
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.x: icmp_seq=1 ttl=255 time=0 ms
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.x: icmp_seq=2 ttl=255 time=0 ms
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.x: icmp_seq=3 ttl=255 time=0 ms
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.x: icmp_seq=3 ttl=255 time=0 ms (DUP!)
 
Are you using Etherchannel? Does this happen on the 1st few pings after you connect you card or is it an on-going basis?
 
Yes we are using a ethernet channel ... It is on going ...

Are you connected to more than 1 switch? Do you see a loop in your network? Are you running spanning-tree on the switches?

what ip address are you pinging ?

is it the broadcast address ?
