Duplicate Not Ready Reason Codes in ACCS Agent desktop

Hi,
I have deleted some Not Ready Reasons and created again with same names by changing only the code numbers. When agents try to select from their Agent desktop, they see two entries with the same name in the drop down list for each newly created codes.
Can any one help me to fix this issue? it is ACCS 7.0.
