Hi all,
I have a customer who has 2 SBS 2000 servers. One in London and the other in liverpool. They have 2 pop3 mailboxes (one for each site) which get collected by the corresponding
pop3 connector. If i send a message to someone at this company (say jo@company.com) and to anybody else outside of the company. the jo@company.com receives the message ok but
the other people receive duplicate copies. The message seems to arrive at the server deliver the mail locally then resend it back out. this is confusing the heck out of me.
One thing, because of the two sites sharing the same domain name I have specified that the recipient policy is not responsible for all email on the domain name. This is the
only way i can get @company.com mail going to the other site's pop3 mailbox. Any ideas would be greatly received, I have lost the will to live on this one.
Many thanks
