I have had Version 9 working for the last year and a half, fully patched. The tape drive went down so I put a new HP 40Gb drive in. I am now getting the "Duplicate Licence" error at the end of a backup, and the backup result is "fail". I re-installed The software but I'm still getting the same error. Any ideas?

no idea how a replacement tape drive would cause that.
