Duplicate Items In Outlook Calendar and on Blackberry

Problem: Any time I receive a meeting request into my Outlook the meeting is duplicated both on my Outlook and my Blackberry. But when I create my own meeting, it does not duplicate. This seems to only happen when a meeting request is sent to me. I have tried accepting it only on the blackberry and not in Outlook and vice versa with the same result. The duplication happens before I accept the meeting. There are no filters on my Desktop Manager. I have tried upgrading the Wireless Version to 3.6 and I have produced the same result. Has anyone experienced this problem? Please help.

Not sure I understand what you mean by duplicating. You have two copies of the meeting for the same day in both outlook and blackberry?

The Exchange BES is now at 3.6
Desktop Manager is now at 3.6 and the Handheld is now at 3.6.

Just upgrading one isn't really going to help.

I, too, am seeing the same behavior with two users that I support.

One additional component is that they both have a delegate that receive copies of meeting requests (the option to send requests to delegates is not selected).

Would really like to find out
