Duplicate IP address with Opti 420S phones

Our Company decided to pull the plug on the Siemens contract years ago so we have been working on an older Rev; 5.0.19 and many of them have been getting stuck in Initialising so I've definately traced it to an issue with phones getting duplicate ip addresses.

Has any one else experienced this or know if it's a known bug??
