duplicate invoices in shipping data entry 4.3

Shipping data entry has created 4 invoices for the same sales order (1 line, qty 1) today and we can't delete any of these invoices.

Delete is not showing as an option in shipping data entry and we can't delete them through SO invoice data entry either.

Any suggestions?

You have to delete through shipping data entry.

The delete button in shipping data entry was grayed out. Had to have our Sage support co. connect in and they deleted all the days invoicing by reinitializing the files.

Hopefully this was an isolated incident, what a PITA to re- invoice a whole day. It was the first time it had happened, but we've only been on 4.3 for 2 weeks.

We're there too, but thanks for suggesting Sage Talk, it is such a great resource. We've been using MAS for about 5 years now, it's just 4.3 that we've only had for 2 weeks.
