In our company a user named John Smith uses jsmith@abc.com for his address and James Smith uses jamessmith@abc.com. When John Smith left the company, James Smiths wanted to use jsmith@abc.com account. After deleting a old jsmith account, I tried to add jsmith@abc.com address to jamessmith@abc.com. But I keep getting error indicating that the address already exists. I've checked everywhere to locate the duplicate account and could not find any. Can anyone suggest a solution for this???
