Duplicate Folders via IIS FTP

Got something strange going on with a new site.

When I connect via FTP, some folders show up twice. They have the excact same name, but a different modified date. They both have the same contents.

On the actual server, there is only one copy of these folders.

I know it has nothing to do with our network setup because I get the same thing when connecting to the ftp server from the system it is running on. Also, the ftp client I use does not make a difference.

Few more details.

I am using IIS ftp on IIS 6.

Not all of the folders are duplicated, only some of them and I do not see a pattern.

Nevermind. We decided to rebuild the server and everything is fine now.. Thanks anyway.
