Duplicate Floppy Drive mapping created causing write protection error

We are running Citrix XPa with windows 2000 and on our Win 2000 Clients in microsoft office we are getting a duplicate floppy drive mapped as E: which causes a 'Disk is write protected error' on both mappings, anyone seen this before or know a fix?
