Backup and then restore to another server is the only way I know of.
When you install exchange on the other server you have to specify exactly (including case) the same ORG and SITE or the restore will fail.
Unless you are able to give the other server the same machine name you will not be able to restore the directory to it but you can export it from one to a text file and import it to the other.
