Duplicate entries in PCM System Directory

Having a problem with duplicate identical entries showing up for a number of users in the System Directory in PCM. The duplicates do not show up in the directory on the IP phones, or when you type the name or number into PCM. Any ideas?

Answered my own question. I must be going blind. The edit system directory screen is right therein front of me in the menu on Director.
